capturing titles and snippets from dvd

I am currently editing my florida holiday dv tapes and would like to use titles and snippets from a free promotional disneyworld florida dvd,but i dont know how to capture titles or small segments from dvd.

I have a sony dvd writer,dvd decrypter,dvd2one,copy to dvd

apologies if this is wrong forum section but i couldnt decide which was approprite

Look at DVDShrink(free) in re-author mode, it will allow oyu to grab out chapters or pieces of DVD-video based on time.
