    one uses cdrwin, dont ask me how I have no idea if you want to make a bin of a vcd use vcdimager in the tools section

    If you want to create a CUE/BIN disc image from an existing CD, you can use CDRWin to extract it.

    If you want to author a VCD as a CUE/BIN type disc image, you can use VCDImager.
