  1. Gosh, I know Im going to open a can or worms here, but Im looking for help from anyone that has done the following:

Used DVDx and AVIsynth to frame server directly to CCE 2.5 (I have the demo) to create a VCD 2.0 complient MPEG?

Ive heard all about how fast CCE is, but Im having lots of problems trying to encode to PS MPEG-1, it crashes.

And, Ive read several places about using CCE and a frameserver, but after the 53rd paragraph, Im lost!

I have used DVDx -> AVISynth -> TMPEGEnc with great sucess, Im just trying to break the 11 hour per DVD speedlimit! HA HA!

If you could please post any suggestions, it would be of great help!

    PS
I also have downloaded VFAPI, whatever that is...

  2. Heres what Ive tried thus far:

DVDx using framserver from videotools.com, CCD wont read
    the avisynth.avs file.

CCE SP 2.5 wont open avisynth.avs file, says its not an AVI file.

VFAPI wont read the avisynth.avs file to make an avisynth.avs.avi file.

    Any suggestions?

  3. get the new Guardian Knot from http://www.doom9.net and export an avs, there's a fool CCE setting that meant I had no probs. There's a guide for using it too

  4. odd I'm doing that
Using divx1.5 using Premier Video Server and CCE SP 2.50 ( 2.64 doesn't suport avs files ) and it works great. Very fast I just have to solve some problems with resizing
Hey ! Let's be carefull out there :)

  5. Well I think I've solved my problems with resizing but now I can't creat the movie for some reason CCE 2.50 no longer creates an audio file in the begining it would creat a single mpg file now only created a mpv file. Anybody knows how to solve this ?

  7. If you still need more info.

I think you were playing with avisynth beta which creates the avs, and now you downloaded frame server .92 which creates the fake avi file.

Make sure output is video server, set "save wav" file, option: convert to mp2, mux mpv and mp2 files with bbmpeg.
