does it have a pop up window saying you cant copy it?
left click on pic and hold it down, then right click and menu will show up.
if this truly is copyright material then you should get permission to own a copy of it. so i assume you have rights to it. -
that method does not work, a friend of mine sent me a link to his website
where i can view his marriage pics, but i can't copy any of them and i asked him that i can't, but he does not know how to go around it as he is not the one who designed the webpage for him.
anybody know how to get around it, i know there is a way, just don't know what it is.
Thanks -
OR.....
On the flipside, if someone knows how to disable pics on a website from being downloaded, let me know...I have a resume website with a portfolio of some of my graphic work, and it would be swell to keep people from downloading pics from it...and save me from putting a huge stamp over the image with my website or name...kinda takes away from the picture

prior to having windows xp i would just right click a buncha times (while pressing enter) and eventually i'd get past it..
with windows xp, just hold the mouse over the image and click on the little disk to save it. if after everything, none of that works, clear your browser cache & go the the link directly, open up your browser cache & sift through whats in there..
and if finally, if none of that works... press print screen & paste it in to the image editing program of your choosing..
if the picture is too large for the screen, set your screen to the highest resolution you can and then press print screen. -
Save the webpage in it's entirety. You'll find it somewhere in the individual files saved.

Easy solution is to clear your browser cache then load the page. The images will be easily identifiable and accessible in the browser cache.
If you are using MSIE, you can access the cache via "Tools_>Internet Options->Settings->View Files"

yeah just save the page to your hard drive and then look for the image. or if you know much about html, just go to view->page source. then scroll down to the line with the image you want, then copy that shortcut into your browser then it will take you directly to that image

If there's a javascript window that pop's up with some message , what you do is , quickly right click while tapping the Space Bar.The right click should go in and you should have the right click menu options available to you.

Not trying to advertise, but I offer consulting services for content protection, however no protection method is ever 100% foolproof. My primary personal site www.lordsmurf.com has several such measures in place (as well as other sites I maintain). It prevents the average joe from stealing content. It takes somebody dedicated or knowledgeable to take anything. Seeing how I'm now in the web solutions business, I hesitate to give out this for free, though I know it can possibly be found free in other places (if you look and know what to look for).
Anti-right-click is only one such protection.
And it involves heavy scripting, not for the faint of heart.
PM me the site, let me know which image you want, and give me your e-mail address. I promise you I'll deposit the image in your e-mail inbox.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

Just use a web snake program and download the whole site or just the page you want.
Works on most pages including those like LordSmurf's that use anti-right click scripting. -
You don't happen to have a website for your web solution business do you LordSmurf?
Just interested in what you are offering, thinking of getting into the same type of thing for a side job. -
How about CTRL PRINTSCREEN.
Or Adobe acrobat lets you capture a web page/site
Or Teleport Pro does the same thing -
What about viewing the source for the page, find the image you want, then going directly to it in the address bar. You can then click file/save as and save it.
