    I have tried doing this 3 times and it errors each time.

    System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file "_Football.Factory.\ff_1_tof.wav" because it is being used by another process.
    at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String str)
    at System.IO.File.Delete(String path)
    at _S_VCD2DVDMPG.210ff09a2516b1a7.fbd359f29063c517(2b c216f3ce925842 a01d771a37e7320b)
    at _S_VCD2DVDMPG.210ff09a2516b1a7.f5d131c1b9f0edc5()

    The process cannot access the file "D:\DVDz 2 burn\12.07.03_Football.Factory.READNFO.2004.WORKPR INT.SVCD_ToF\ff_1_tof.wav" because it is being used by another process.

    Not sure. You could try using ffmpeg as the audio encoder. Select this in the options form.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
