Hi!
I try to convert 166mb file to dvd takes a little more than 4hrs to convert using winavi6.3.Everyone i asked said 8/10 minutes.What did i do wrong?please help or i just need a difference software.THANKS inadvance

Welcome to the forums.
The time taken to convert is mostly driven by the CPU speed and memory. To a degree, the app you're using plays a part too - especially if you're using filters etc., it's additional processing.
A CPU speed of 1GHz (as yours is) is slow by current standards. RAM of 768Mb should be OK.
Describe:
1) The settings ("default" doesn't help).
2) How long, in terms of running time, is the file? The fact that it's 166Mb is irrelevant.There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.
