  1. I have a Sony DRU 510 A burner - I have used Memorex DVD-R 4x disks as well as DVD-R Compusa disks. For some reason, no matter what brand of disk I use, the disk seems to skip right at the point where a chapter would begin. I may be burning the disk wrong. I'm wondering why the TS file contents have about 8 "mini-files" including 4 at 1mb each - is there any way to just have 1 large file instead of 8 mini-files"? I think this may solve the problem. Any suggestions??? Am I only supposed to copy the TS folder over to recordnowmax and not the contents??? Thanks!!!
By the way, I've been copying the movie only - no extras.

Got all your firmware updates? What software are you using? How are you going about copying the 'Movie only'? Have you followed the relevant guides for your software from this site?

  3. I use DVD decrypter, then dvd2one and then record now max. I use the "movie only" option. Do you know the little "play" symbol that is next to the media part in the TS file? There are 4 or 5 like that and then 4 ot 5 that don't have that symbol even when I hit movie only - what are those? If I eliminate them, would it be okay? Also, when I burn, the disk creates its own chapters - I guess it breaks the movie up "evenly". It's at these breaking points that the DVD skips.

  5. I also have the same Sony brand DVD RW DRU-510A and have backed up a few of my movies using DVD shrink and Record now DX, Media is compusa DVD-R, out of 10 Disks all worked great but 2, those 2 get about 3/4 of the way threw the movie and freeze up, the only thing that I can think, is that the media isn't a good quality, If anyone knows what is causing it I would appreciate the fix.
