I finally found a program that can capture directly to dvd mpeg 2 at 352x480. Only problem is it captures at like 420 kbps by default. There is no where in the program at all to change the desired value of how many kbps to capture at. Is there anyway to change any of the values in the registry or anyway to be able to input how many kbps you want to capture at? I was lookingfora program that would let me capture at 352 x480 at whatever kbps I wanted so All I would have to do is author them and burn. I know how to do this with 720 x480 with diff programs but I have 3 hour vhs tapes that I want to fit on dvd without having to re-encode , but capturing at the calculated bitrate.
thanks
