  1. i recently got a memorex cd label making kit with xpressit s.e. 2.1 as the software. i believe it is a java program and it runs incredibly slow on my computer. what i'm trying to do is put descriptions of each of my movies on the labels in small print..when i copy and paste from text on the internet, when i paste it, the program goes extremely slow and i cant even format it properly to fit on the template. has anyone else had trouble with this program? are there any alternative programs that i can use for printing on these memorex templates?

That program is junk. Check out SureThing CD Labeler Deluxe at www.surething.com. I use it exclusively for my CDs/DVDs.

Don't use paper labels (unless they are hub labels)
    on CD's or DVD's please...
That said..If its a disposable thing..I suppose its ok to apply a label

    Then use DISCUS software..
Best program for labe design and has templates for Fellows, Avery, Memorex, many brands of similar dual cd forms....

yeah i got that also, and it sucked. I just use Nero cover designer when doing inserts or whatever since it has most paper stocks already on there and it works fine
