    how would i create a widescreen dvd (720x480) out of a file that is 640x352 in tmpgenc. when i try to create it, i get either a squeezed 4:3 or a non letterboxed 16:9 with black bars on the sides. what am i doing wrong. i want a padded widescreen b/c i have a 4:3 tv.

    And then check under File->Preview and see if it look okey.
