    IM using Intervideo capturing program and the quality is real crappy compared to the tv tuner from the tv its self. What is the best capturing software out there?? I have an MSI TV@anywhere card. HELP!!!

    Try using Virtual Dub with the Huffyuv codec. It is a good start, and it's free.
