what is the best program 4 capturing???i need one with good quality

hi all

i capture some videos with intervideo windvd creater3

but when i tried virtualdub and i noticed difference in video quality

virtualdub gives a better quality but i have a problem with the sound...its faster than the picture

what i do th fix this problem??

Windvd is a paid for product, therefore you should ask their support people.
