    ive just played back my first authored DVD captured from an analogue VHS video, i used WINDV,TMPGENC,TMPGENC author then burned the TS file with RECORD NOW MAX 4.5 the problem i have is that the video stutters when played, ie when their is a fast movement in the programme it stutters,freezes a bit like a stroboscopic effect , has anyone got any ideas what could be causing this as the captured DV file is fine , ?????

    i have also just watched the VIDEO_TS file through on the PC and its fine too, i burned this at x4 could that be the problem???
