Using Sizzle, I'm able to create a .dmg file from the extracted MPEG2 audio and video from my DirecTiVo that I burn to a DVD using Toast 6.03. Depending on the broadcast, the .dmg file size is usually around 850 mb. per every hour long TV show.

I have every episode of '24' Season 3 saved on my DirecTiVo and would like to put together a DVD with as many episodes as possible for my personal archive. Can multiple .dmg files be burned to one DVD using DVD2OneX?

Don't think so. And if you could, it would probably be as a DVD-DATA disc, that you couldnt play on a set-top box.

But you can just mount the dmg files, copy the VOBs to your HD, and then use Sizzle again to create a new single disc image with five 850-MB titles.

Make individual DVD images of each episodes, then join them (about 5 per disc) together with DVD2OneX. No menus. Each episode will behave like a chapter.

Thanks for the input. I'll try inserting the individual .dmg images into DVD2oneX using the Join feature.

Be sure to mount them in Finder first.

    Thanks for the tip MD!

Mounting the image files in Finder and loading them into DVD2OneX using the Join feature works perfectly.
