    is there any software i can use to make a copy of a backup made using dvd x copy platinum I tried nero and roxio with no luck

    you need to have "anydvd" running in the background---it takes the copy protection off. then use intervideo dvd copy, or clone dvd to copy your backup. hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!
