  1. I captured the Godfather with ATI AIW Radeon and MMC but chose 320 x 480 resolution instead of 352. DVD authoring programs won't accept it and I tried dvd patcher header but it didn't work. What else can I do with this file to make it dvd compliant?

Did you capture to MPEG? Or AVI?

Demultiplex it into it's elementry video and audio streams. Author it with IFOEDIT 0.95,IFOEDIT makes no checks for DVD compliance. It might work. IFOEDIT is free so it's just some of your time to see if it works.

  5. Well, you could re-size it, but the quality will degrade and probably not be what you are loking for, but it's an option none the less.

For best results I think that you will have to re-capture at the desired resolution.

Always remember, it is better to capture more than you need and cut down than it is to not capture enough. You can trim the fat, but you can't make something out of nothing.
