    Please I want to know how to change the Resolution in the video by mkvmerge GUI

    I want to change video from 1280 x 720
    To 720 x 400

    You have to re-encode the video if you want to change the file size.Cant do it with mkvmerge.Use uncropmkv to re-encode.If you are using the computer in computer details it will take many hours to do.

    MKV2VOB just repackages an MKV into a pseudo-VOB container so they can be played on the Playstation 3. It doesn't do resizing/resolution changes. (To the best of my knowledge - I think it doesn't enforce the 720x resolution limits for DVD-Video (> VOB).)
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
