Hi,
I have a number of videos that I captured in DVD format(mpeg) with Magix Movie edit pro and I would like to place these on a dvd(or a couple). The problem is that they are big and only one mpeg will fit on one DVD. Is there a simple way that I can re-encode all these videos in one or two steps and then burn them on to DVD?
Thanks,

Well you're better off capturing at a lower bitrate to fit your destination so you don't have to reencode them later.
But you can use an encoder like tmpgenc and a videobitrate calculator to fit the video the disc.
Another option is to author the dvd anyway and tell the author program to ignore the oversized disc and use dvdshrink to shrink it down. (though I think programs like tmpgenc dvd author have a 9 or 10gb limit).Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?
