  1. i had an avi file, i pulled out the image sequence and the wav, then i edited some of the frames but didnt delete any, then when i try to put it back together into a avi file, it runs slow and the audio is all choppy, ive tried several different options like sync to audio and match frame rate to audio but neither helps, can anybody help me??

    See if this happens on all your players. Virtual Dub playback is a little memory intensive, and is notorious for not being a player, but an encoder.
