Very strange problems when creating DVD-R

I've ripped one DVD-5 using DVD Decrypter and burned it using Easy CD Creator v 5.3.5......Mine stand alone player hangs when i try to navigate across the original menus.

The strange thing is I can watch the film - recorded DVD-R - in my computer using PowerDVD but, when I try to use WinDVD Platinun, the film hangs as in my stand alone player....Otherwise, WinDVD plays the ripped files in my hard drive without any errors!


I've made the AUDIO_TS directory - empty one - before burning the DVD and tested the media with DVD Info...No erros.

Can any one help me!

If its a DVD-5 DVD then try ripping and burning with DVD Decrypter.

First shoot your Ez CD Creator CD with a shotgun.
Second use Nero to burn with. Nero is the best for burning DVD's.
I still dont know what Ez CD Creator is good for, i use to have more problems and more coasters with Ez CD Creator, until i switched to Nero.
Like Sifaga said, if it's DVD-5 then use DVD Decrypter to rip the entire disk to your hard drive and then burn it.

Yesterday, I burned again using DVD Decrypter and the copy is ok!! I think the problem is the CD creator...

I´ll install Nero.....

be sure to install one of the later version of nero or nero express. The earlier 5.5 versions messed up a lot of dvdrs. I actually use nero express as it simplifies it even more. Open nero, click on dvd-video, add the files and burn.
