    I have a file I captured from analog (VHS) using Adaptec Videoh and Sony MyDVD. I'd like to burn it using other software. How can I tell if this file is MPEG-2 DVD?

    The only sure way I know is with Ulead products when you a Properties inquiry, you loads of information, including video type, ibid.:
