I am tiring to encode an svcd with selectable subs using sefy's backup guide. Everything goes just fine till I come up to the encoding part. I open tmpgenc and try to open the frameserve avi from vdub and tmpgenc says that it is an unsupported avi. I have frame served with vdbub before when I cap with huffy and re-encode to mpeg, but this time I am having problems. any help would be appreciated. thanks

I Don't know if my guide is the best option for Selectable Subtitles, as i've never done that before, my guide shows Permenent Subtitles, so I hope you know what you are doing
Anyway, regarding the Unsupported file problem, have you made sure the Frameserved file is .VDR ? also, make sure you used the AuxSetup to install the AVIFile handler before you start frameserving.Email me for faster replies!
