    yes if they are (s)vcd images nero will burn bin/cue images provided you have a version higher than 5.5 just select the cue file to burn by selecting burn image from the file dropdown.

    personally though i prefer cdrwin for burning cue/bin files as it is most likely that cdrwin was used to create the cue/bin files a demo version is available here http://www.goldenhawk.com/

  4. open nero
    go to file->burn image

    choice view all file types from the bottem, load the .cue file
    will open a burn screen sure u know what to do from there...

    if you get a message saying burning dont support TOA i think it is, then the cue sheet is trying to give wrong burn instructions

    so go to file->burn image again
    select view all files
    this time load the bin file, select data mode 2 from the drop down and click ok
    this will now open a burn screen from where u can carry on...
