  1. This program has a major bug. If you choose "Don't Store Original Files" when you create a .MPG file it will erase all the files you use to create an album from your folder. If they are original files, like mine, then they are gone forever. I tested this again today, when you check "Store Original Pictures Only" or "Store Original Pictures and Video" the pictures are still in the folder after IMPORTING them, if "Don't Store" is checked, when you go back to the folder all your images are gone. The Program deleted over a hundred vacation pictures, now I just have them in a long MPG file. ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!

    Wow - that's bad news!

I know it's a hassle - and they'll never be the same as the originals - but you know you can re-save each from the mpg, right?
    There's no place like 127.0.0.1
The Rogue Pixel: Pixels are like elephants. Every once in a while one of them will go nuts.

  3. Hi az1284xx, if this is true, then it is a MAJOR BUG, and we will definitely work to correct that.

However, we cannot reproduce it on our end, even if we set the output folder as our original input folders.

Can you send us an email to support@<a class="contentlink" href="https://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=32#comments" t...retotv</a>.com, detailing the exact usage for that particular project (i.e. the input folder name, the output folder location, VCD/SVCD or DVD settings, whether you are only generating the Video files, changes in advance settings etc)? Also, let us know the OS that your system is running.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We will definitely get to the bottom of this.

    Regards.
