    Hi,

    does anybody know a (freeware) tool that converts VOB to mpeg II (and the other way round) without reencoding the video and audio stream? I want to cut a captured movie (VOB). Because it fits on a DVD-R there is no need for reencoding the streams.

    Or is there a tool, that is able to cut VOB files directly?
