No sound with Ulead DVD workshop/movie factory with xcard!

I've just got a sigma designs Xcard, and have run into a bit of a problem straight away! When I create a dvd in movie factory and DVD workshop, the sound doesn;t multiplex with it, so I get a silent dvd! All the convertion, etc is done with other utils, so all dvd movie facotry has to do is multiplex it into a DVD folder, and it was working fine until I got the xcard! Even tried a m2v and mpa file I know does work, and no luck! I can multiplex with Tmpgenc, it just seems to be a problem with ulead products, but it has put me on hold (I create wedding videos) until I can get this sorted!

I have uninstalled the software (sayign yes to drivers), taken out the xcard itself, reinstalled ulead Movie facotry and DVDF workshop, but still no sound! Really need some help here!
