  1. I'm using the cladDVD program, which has done it's job well. The next step is to make a fake avi file to open up in the VirtualDub program. I did that with the VFAPI reader program. Now when I try to open the file up in the VirtualDub, I get an eror message stating that it couldn't locate decompressor for format 'vifp' (unknown). It requires a VFW compatible codec to decompress video and that directshow codecs are not suitable. I then downloaded and installed Divx 4.12 and that didn't work. Then I tried the XVID codec and no luck there. Anybody have any idea where to go from here?
