Why does my player show 2 sets of black bars (one light black, the other dark black), when I play anamorphic dvds ?

This player was hacked via remote for multi region and I would like to know how to get it back to original factory settings ?

go here https://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks.php?select=Mustek+DVD-V520 ..... do the region hack but instead of selecting multiregion code (255 or bypass depending on which hack works on your player) set the code for your region eg 1 for america 2 fo uk etc it will then be back to factory settings .... however i doubt this is what is caursing your problem,check some of the other settings on the player eg tv type (ntsc/pal) or video output (rgb/s-video/yuv (set it to rgb))
