    Question: Is it necessary to use a CD-R? I tried a CD-RW und got an error message. I wouldn't like to use a CD-R for the less bytes.

    CD-RW should be OK, but I cannot give you a 100% guarantee since I don't have your recorder and can't try it myself. Most likely your problem is that you did not burn the CD-RW disc correctly. My best guess - use "disc at once", ISO 9660 and finalize the disc. Do NOT use multisession.
