I converted to SVCD a DVD , after the conversion I got a wonderful SVCD file. The DVD I converted was widescreen and on the top part of the image after the top black bar there are one of two lines of video that look a little clearer that the rest of the image. I checked the DVD on WinDVD and in a home player and the problem seem to be in the DVD. Is there something wrong in the DVD?. Anyway my question is How can I add to black lines to cover the clear ones. In other words I’ like to make the top black bar wider without changing the format of the video. Is this possible? I’ve been reading about cropping , is that the way I should do it? I just wanna add some lines. I don’t know if this is the right forum to postbut I don’t know how to fix the problem. Any advice? What program sholud I use? My apologies and thanks in advance.
