I have a panoramic jpg. In the sense that it was created using a "stitch and blend" program using several photos (ulead cool 360). The image is length 2040, height 240.
The task I have is to create an mpeg of the jpg being "panned."
That is, it should pan across the jpg from one end to another - at constant rate.
I need software that can clip the image to 4:3 but shift the clip position so many pixels (to the right, say) per frame.
TMPGENC has the ability to clip. But is there anyway of automating the "clipped" values for a given frame? Or should I use other software?
Thanks for any help.
