I'm attempting to author a DVD using an existing VOB file for which I do not have chapter information for. The VOB contains 3 streams, video, AC3 and DTS. I'd like to use IfoEdit. When I attempt to add chapter values via a "CellTimes.txt" file, I find the chapters aren't created after reviewing the finished DVD.
So, questions:
1. Is there a method to add chapters to an existing VOB file?
2. What constraints are applied to the "CellTimes.txt" file that would cause the values I have added to be rejected?
3. Is there any DVD authoring software besides IFOEdit that support multiple audio tracks?

How did you extract the cell times? I let DVD Decrypter do it for me.
I have also noticed that the cell times file MUST be named "CellTimes.txt" before IFOEdit will accept it. It will otherwise crash.
