Hi,

cce encoding failed: VBR VBV ovf frame# 305 (00:00:10:04) B 89792 max 69803.94 pln 368.00 rel 19988.06 1.29 qsv 1.00->2.00

CCE version is 2.62.

I have this error message whith dvd2svcd when CCE 2.62 encoding some movies ( ntsc 2 pal problème ? ) but it work whith CCE 2.50 ( but i have black border in 4:3 fullscreen around then movie )
Anyone knows this probleme ?

I'll tell you what solved this problem for me, it was to do with the color conversion setting under the encoder tab in dvd2svcd in the advanced settings pulldown box.

I previously had it set to convert to yuy2 but decieded that this might cause a loss of quality if my source was different so i set 'No Color Conversion'. Then I started to get the error you described so obviously I changed back to 'Convert To YUY2' - Problem solved.

But I will give you a tip if you are converting to XSVCD or any other Ultra SVCD formats this might also be a problem because of the non-standard bitrate just stick to the SVCD standard most problems you have with SVCD conversion will go away. - Bu the color conversion solved my issue and hopefully yours.
