VOBEdit help

I'd like to use VOBEdit to cut a VOB but don't know how. Can anyone offer a step by step direction? Also, is there a good tutorial somewhere on the web that someone would recommend. I'd really like to learn how to use VOBEdit and IFOEdit properly but haven't found good in-depth instruction anywhere. Thanks for any advice.

I would use ChopperXP to cut your VOB file. Do a search on the web for it.
