  1. Hello everyone
I have transfered some television series on to DVD using a panasonic standalone recorder but would like to make multiple copies of these dvds for friends and family.
I am getting a new PC with a Pioneer writer and would like to know what software I should use to copy the dvds created by my standalone whilst retaining there multi episode menus.
I am getting rather tired of burning in real time, and having to stop the recorder after every episode to format the disc with menus.......Using a PC burning in non real time seems like the answer......The panasonic is getting so tiresome in fact that It might take a journey out of my window...lol
I guess the dvds created by my standalone will not be encrypted and will be DVD-5 as they are recorded on 4.7 gb discs. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. Retaining the best quality is my main aim so if you have software suggestions let me know
    Cheers for now Jonboy

  3. technically, you can do a 1:1 direct on-the-fly copy...but just to be safe, you should just copy the VIDEO_TS folder from the "original" DVD-R to your hdd. you can then burn the folder onto another DVD-R...rinse and repeat...

i personally use nero express to burn DVDs, but there are many other proggies you can use as well....
