    Hi all,
    I'm having problems making VCd complaint encodes with ffmpegx. Using the "Quick Presets" for VCD (Ntsc) I keep gettign encodes at 1152kbs. The ffmpegx is set at 1150kbs but for some reason it keep encoding at 1152kbs. I tried to set the video bitrate at 1148kbs to fix the problem but it still encodes at 1152kbs.

    Please help me.

    A difference of 2kbps doesn't affect compliance.

    Hi Major,

    Is there way I can change the 1152kbs to 1150? I prefer having the encode working out to 1150kbs instead of 1152kbs.

    Set XVCD profile and change the bitrate manually.
