I demuxed a file with tmpgenc and had a mp2 (audio) and m2v (video) file. I converted the audio to .wav, made some edits in cooledit and then converted to mp3. then used tmpenc to multiplex. i could play the file with winDVD fine. so I used VCDImager to make and image and then burned it. It plays with sound on an Apex player but there is no sound on the Pioneer DV343. I then took the file and demuxed in tmpgenc and it created a mpa file for the audio file (instead of the usuall mp2) and i used bbmpeg to multiplex. the resulting file has no sound (i can tell this by playing in windvd or by just looking at the size of it, it is the same size as the elementary video file before the bbmpeg multiplexing). how should i convert the .wav file so that it will work? isn't it just an mp3? what am i doing wrong? thanks

Nevermind, I skipped through the FAQ too quickly the first time and didn't see the answer.
