I have my computer connected to my tv in the next room via a wireless a/v transmitter. The audio is very low, even with all of the volume tabs on max. I even max out my volume on the tv, but the volume is still low (not to mention hearing a humming sound when its maxed out). Can this be attributed to my soundcard not being powerful enough? I have a Soundblaster Live Value card, and I am using the Audio-output jack. I have tried using wires to connect, thinking it may be the wireless transmitter, but i still have the problem.
Does anyone have any recommendations? What could contribute to this low audio? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
