suggestions for a new dvdshrink prog and converter

I was just thinking how awesome it would be if one of these dvd shrink type programs, in future versions would be able to do the following:
Convert Pal to ntsc or vice versa for the whole disc.

it easy enough to convert now if you rip a disc and then use tmpg (or other app) but it's a hassle if you want menus, stills, etc.

Would it not then be great that in addition to a program shrinking the disc to fit on one dvd-r (and lets say using full disc mode for the entire dvd) but converting it over to the desired format along the way. Sure it would take longer but it would be worth it.

What do you think?

I agree that would be a dandy program, I would buy it in a second!
