    I use TMPGENC for encoding XVID to DVD (MPEG-2) and different authoring and buring apps. in combination with eachother and when played in DVD (standalone, PC, PS2) the movie is stuttering (not much but its anoying too watch) every 20 sec. or so. So I come to the conclusion that the problem is TMPEGENC, i used the guide "How to convert to DVD with TMPGEnc", someone who has a solution or someting.
