If I have a badly noisy mpg file that the encoder did not bother using
noise reduction or other filters like that.. is there any chance at all
to remove some of the noise without the noise being replaced by these 'blocks' (meaning picture gets blocky) ? I have no access to the source of the mpg file so making it from scratch is not an option.
I've tested with tmpgenc..not that good results (or maybe I screwed up)
