  1. Hi,
Over the weekend i went out & bought myself Instant Copy from pc world.
i Dont mind waiting longer for a Dvd if the quality is going to be better.

Now the problem is everytime i try to do a film it scans the menu o.k & then when it moves on to scan the film 5 times, it gets so far then just stops

  2. Hi i think that you should update the program. there are updates on the original page. But there are some dvds which cant not be copied with IC i had a problem with a movie stopping at 97 %
But if the update doesnt work then you should use another program to make them to dvd-5.

I think the general consensus is that Instant Copy = Poo.

I've never installed it, not even as a trial.

  5. Try to disable the option where it say disable display. I had the same problem and after removing that oprion it works. In the mrbass guide there is a one tool for registry hack, use that and you will be change that option. Good Luck-B

Disabling Video Preview just like unchecking the box labeled preview in SHRINK is also possible in sub setting of instant copy
but having bought, installed and updated it over here
AND DONE OVER 20 BACK UPS WITH IT
    I will state that

I think the general consensus is that Instant Copy = Poo.
there , now I've sorta said it!

BUT I STILL USE IT WHEN
FAB Or SHRINK meet with problems

  11. Here are a couple of things you can try. Just a thought and don't flame me.

First make sure you decrypted the DVD. I know it sounds silly but that sometimes would crash it. If you ripped the DVD with Decrypter, try to rip it again with DVD Decrypter. If you still fail, try using Smartripper.

For DVD Decrypter, what I do, I usually just rip in file mode and I select all. I don't do the IMAGE ISO and DAEMON TOOLS or whatever that is. That's too much hassle for me.

See if the above works. If not, then try the following to make sure your IFO files are not corrupt. Instead of using IC 7, run the movie through DVD Shrink and make it movie only and no compression.

Then that will create a VIDEO folder with the new uncompressed movie only IFO, BUP and VOB files. From there, you can run IC 7 and use the newly created IFO files and see if that works for you.

This will help you isolate the problems at least.

My copy of IC -- with latest updates -- has no box for disabling video preview. Where is it located on your copy?
