  1. I was wondering about which route I should go. I already know how to convert it to NTSC and get the audio to sync. Should I convert it to a ntsc VCD or a ntsc svcd? Since the resolution of a svcd is higher than what the divx video is, I probably shouldn't do that, correct? It's always better to go down in resolution instead of going up otherwise the video will distort and lose quality? Can anyone tell me anything other than this?

    well, its at pal vcd resolution. so try ntsc vcd.
