Can you turn off Macrovision on the Pioneer A06?
All my other DVD players and my standalone recorder have built in Macrovision, so I just wanted to make sure you can disable the macrovision before I invest in this machine.![]()
Thanks!

AFAIK, Dvd ROM drives/burners do not themselves have Macrovision. If you are using your pc with TV out, your TV card may support Macrovision. If you want to use this drive to Rip DVD's as well as burn, the you can disable the macrovision flag on the DVD when ripping, just like with an other DVD rom drive.
Hope this helps -
Oh...Ok thank you!
