    have 4 versions all try to access the net occasionaly ive ran NAV no viruses are detected on system

    Weird. I've got a few versions, from a to j, and have never seen it try to do this.

    It does not appear on the zone alarm programs list so it never did it to me on over 5 versions. Some problem there.

    It could be a third party add on to TMPGEnc that is causing this. Are you sure that it is TMPGEnc is the one causing it
