It happens whenever I try to save anything as an AVI. I tried both vDub and vDubMod. Same thing. I haven't used vDub in like a year now, bu tI know that never happened before. wtf?

How are you saving your AVI? Direct stream or full processing? To me, that sounds like a report from some encoder (like DivX), trying to access a 2 pass encoding log. Try reinstalling the particular encoder.

Full Processing - DivX 5.02 Pro
