    i went on and tried to encode using tmpge and when i browsed and picked the d2v file i got the error message cant load P3Package.dll
    has any body ever experienced this, if not does any body know any one i can ask(pm or email) if this post should be in a different forum can someone tell me

    you may have to re-download TMPGEnc again.
