    Can this be done ? I know TMPGEnc has the Full Screen (Keep Aspect Ratio) option. Is there some similar or equivalent option for MainConcept ?

    Not that I am aware of. You could use virtualdub or avisynth resize filters to get what you need, then framserve to MC, that should do the trick.
