    My camcorder has several options for effects while filming
    sepia, b&w, old movie etc. Is there any software specifically
    made to alter images in his way and others????
    Im currently using Studio8 which doesn't have filters.

    There's a whole industry for this The most popular programs seem to be: Vegas Video 4, Ulead Media Studio, Adobe Premeire + After Effects. However there are a ton of programs out there.
