I have 5 VOB files with NO IFO's

I thought I could Just open IFOedit, CREATE IFO's and then remove the Protections, However IT will not let me Create the IFO, says Encrypted.

How Do I remove the Encryption, I can not Rerip the DVD because........Well lets just say remember to keep things where the little ones can't play with them

VOB play fine on Puter, However will not allow me to create IFO do Burn.
